1000 pixels on either side is HD; as in 1000 square, equalling over 1 million pixels. QVGA is nowhere near, try look it up before you post.

anyways, I heard it from picking up info here and there. same way you learned that it has a 1.3 megapixel camera…
and don’t say it’s on the site, because they haven’t said anything about the cam’s specs except that it has hd video capture.
and you said they say it’s hd because it records more than a thousand pixels.
did you know that a qvga (320×240, like on a nano) screen’s total pixel count is around 150,000 ?
I’m still waiting for proof that the Zii egg has 720p video capture from the other video
so far, lite-bike has been the only one that’s mildly entertaining… and it’s based on an atari 2600 game/movie.
It is an iPod because it is marketed as an iPod. And if you think that Pocket God and i-fart are the only apps there, you’re not looking beyond anti-apple forums. There’s 60,000+ apps, theres bound to be one you like.
trust me, I hate arguing. besides, you thumbs downed me for saying a products abbreviated name instead of typing out the full thing, then you called me out for saying why it doesn’t matter.
I never said it being a toy is bad, it’s just not an ipod because of that.

zii doesn’t have apps like i-fart and pocket god.
How is it not an iPod? It seems that you lust like an argument. And so what if it is a toy? It seems like the Zii is being marketed for that too, if they’re advertising the great potential for gaming on their website. That must make the Zii a toy too.
why the fuck does it matter? you still know what product i’m talking about… plus that’s what it should have been called, since it’s not truly an ipod in my book. it’s more like a toy. cause it’s main feature is apps (aka minigames.)
the only ipod i could see my self buying is a classic.

you know how apple claims to have the “award winning Ipod ui”?
guess what?
they stole that ui from the zen series of players. the zen is creative’s line of mp3 players competing against the ipod.
and just because it has a touchscreen doesn’t make it an itouch knock off. if it was, then it wouldn’t have more features than the itouch.
It might be nice to see how it competes against the iTouch (not iPhone) but it’s 2 years late and people are tired of their shitty drivers and terrible customer support. Stopped using their products after the Vision M 60GB.
Apple and Ipods are shite just some sheep like to follow the flock.
Itunes is a POS software on a PC and to legitly buy the songs at that rip of price is a joke as the CD cost less from Amazon.
Then you ain’t tied to a shit format and 1 player with it.
Creative had a DAP well before Apple, by about 2 years or more.

So suddenly anything with a large rectangular screen with an accelerometer is an ipod wanna be? It was done before apple but no one noticed. Look up “CrunchPad” to see a product that’ll come out and not get much attention then when apple releases a similar product everyone will think the original is a copy.

The egg seems to do much more. With the dual cameras & hd output, it just look so much better. It will be nice to see a retail version (consumers)soon!
