The live action movie was horrible they freakin raped the hell out of Cobra Commander and Baroness wasnt evil and Destro sucked big time and the same with all of the Joes(Except for Snake Eyes and Hawk)

The movie was great, it was not GI.JOE material but it was ok. I don’t care of the Baroness but Cobra Commander and Destro were just great. Snake eyes and Storm shadow that was the only reason i went to see the movie, i wanted for Storm Shadow to win.

it was terrible, no mystery to him at all. same with Baroness, she wasn’t even really evil. Destro they did an ok job with, rest were disappointing.

Oh my god. Such sweet memories. Love this movie so much.
But that was the worst part of the animated movie. Mainly because Cobra Commander looked “human” when Destro saw his disformed face in a Season 1 episode and they changed it in the movie.
I would accept Cobra-La if they did a TF/GI Joe crossover movie, in which Cobra-La has a weapon which can destroy Unicron, so they made a deal with him.
What I find hilarious, is this was the source material for the live action GI Joe movie, and movie-goers actually had the AUDACITY to expect some kind of riveting plot and developed characters.

It’s funny how the Joes refuse to kill anyone, and somehow find ways to blow up jets without killing any Cobra soldiers.

but I can understand why AMericans have such childish attitude toward the world and life.
The problem isn’t the revisioning so much as the new story doesn’t make a lot of sense when you think about it. There’s numerous plot holes, and the Joe’s base has pretty much the worst physical security I’ve ever seen.
Cobra Commanders backstory is weak in “Rise of Cobra”. I don’t like CC being human.
